Kia UK confirmed prices for its all new Ceed Station Wagon (SW) today.
The Ceed SW – Kia’s first estate vehicle - has unrivalled levels of standard equipment, an extended tailgate hinge-system, exceptional safety credentials, powerful yet efficient engines and also benefits from Kia’s revolutionary and industry-leading 7-year manufacturer cee’d warranty in combination with a 10 year/unlimited mileage anti-perforation warranty and a 7 year/unlimited mileage paintwork warranty.
The elegant dynamic design delivers the quality, reliability and safety of the Ceed hatchback, with the space and the flexibility of an estate. The SW can swallow a remarkable load volume of up to 1,664 litres, and has numerous practical solutions and roof rails; preparing it for all eventualities.
Its flat boot floor with a handy 55 litre underfloor storage tray provides maximum flexibility for everyday use while the latest safety systems provide all the protection you could ask for.
Pricing
The Ceed SW model starts from a competitive £12,995 OTR and extends to £14,995 for the top of the range LS. The line-up has been designed to provide simple steps between different engines and trim grades, minimising the complexity for buyers in the showrooms.
The diesel engine is available with two different power outputs – the standard output version with 89bhp is available on GS trim, whilst the high output version with 113bhp is offered on LS trim. Metallic paint is charged at £360, and ESP is optional on LS grade models – charged at £350.
Major competitors – such as Ford Focus, Vauxhall Astra and Renault Megane – have estate premium increases of up to £970 between 5-door hatchbacks and an equivalent-spec estate. The Ceed SW delivers outstanding value for money for which Kia is renowned with a highly competitive estate premium increase of just £700.

Insurance group ratings have officially been announced and once again have achieved highly competitive ratings for all the SW derivatives. The groups are as follows:

- SW 1.6 LS - 6E

- SW 1.6 CRDi (high output) LS - 6E
